The Open 1Password Bookmark action is for those who have the 1Password application installed.

Select the specific bookmark to open from the Open 1Password bookmark pop-up.

Note that Keyboard Maestro honors the Submit status as set for the 1Password bookmark.

Note that you need to enable 1Password’s advanced preference to allow third part programs to read your bookmarks (they have access to the name and URL).
