FLOOR Function

The FLOOR(x) function takes a number and returns the first integer that is less than or equal to the argument:

FLOOR(5.5) === FLOOR(5.1) === FLOOR(5) === 5
FLOOR(-5.5) === FLOOR(-5.1) === FLOOR(-6) === -6
