The //[[token:Screen|%Screen%]]// and //[[token:ScreenVisible|%ScreenVisible%]]// tokens return the frame or visible frame of the specified screen.  It takes a parameter indicating which screen to use.

The parameter may be:

{{page>include:ScreenIndex#}}

So for example, //%ScreenVisible%Main%// gives the visible frame of the main screen.

Like all coordinates in Keyboard Maestro, the frames are from the top left corner of the main screen.
