A macro group must be enabled for any of the macros it contains to be triggered. If it is disabled, the macros it contains will not run no matter what their trigger is.
You can enable or disable macro groups by selecting them and clicking the ✓ button at the bottom of the Macro Group column, or by editing it and ensuring the button at the top right corner shows a tick.

If the macro group is disabled, it will also show dimmed in the Macro Group column.
Remember that the Macro Group must also be active, and the Macros must be enabled for the macros to be triggered.
